Thanks for contacting Atlanta Home Values, we are honored that you choose us for your residential appraisal needs. Our fees are reasonable and competitive within our industry. Please take a look at some of the services we offer and the estimated cost associated with the service.

Fees & Services:

- Full appraisal - Values at $500,000 or less - $300.00
- Full appraisal - Values over $500,000 - Negotiated based on complexity of the property
- Condo appraisal - Values at $500,000 or less - $350.00
- Condo appraisal - Values over $500,000 - Negotiated based on complexity of the property
- FHA appraisal - $50 more than a basic appraisal fee (either single family detached or Condo)
- Recertification of value/Appraisal update - $150
- Final inspection - $75
- Drive by appraisal - $50 less than the full appraisal fee

All the appraisal services above can be utilized for the purposes of refinancing, purchase, divorce settlement, estate valuation for planning or historical appraisal for estate settlement, property tax challenge, PMI removal and if involved in a lawsuit that requires property values.
